Overview

Ragsdale Heating, Air, Plumbing, & Electrical is currently seeking a Dispatcher to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.

 

Pay: $18-20/hour

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; 9 am - 6 pm

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Schedule and monitor daily technician schedule
  • Ensure proper job distribution, prioritize urgent calls
  • Dispatch work orders to field technicians according to priority and location
  • Keep customers updated on delays, notify them before tech arrives, and handle rescheduling professionally 
  • Review timesheet reports, track idle time, and maintain accurate service records 
  • Contact customers to confirm next-day appointments
  • Communicate with field personnel 
  • Maintain accurate technician database
  • Coordinate parts scheduling

Qualifications

Do I Have What It Takes?

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of dispatching experience, preferably in HVAC, Plumbing, or a related industry
  • Basic computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft applications
  • Experience with Service Titan is a plus
  • Must be able to work evenings and weekends
