As a Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks and inspections on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably. Your work will directly contribute to minimizing downtime, improving system performance, and extending the lifespan of HVAC equipment for our clients.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum of 1 years of experience in HVAC maintenance or education
EPA Certification (Section 608) preferred.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including electrical components, cooling systems, and refrigeration.
Ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC equipment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Must be physically able to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting equipment and working in various weather conditions.
